CODgator picks up COD orders the moment they arrive.
You choose which payment methods count as COD, so renamed or custom gateways are covered too.
CODgator works on your COD orders only. Every action can be switched on or off, and it starts in Shadow mode.

WhatsApp is used for order messages only, never marketing. Quiet hours are respected, and a customer gets one reminder at most.
Tag orders, add order notes, and hold fulfilment until the customer confirms. Risky orders go to your review queue.

It also shows estimated RTO avoided. This is clearly labelled as an estimate.
These are planned and not available yet.
Hide the COD option at checkout when a cart matches your risk rules.
Offer customers an easy way to pay online instead of on delivery.
See RTO by courier and postal area, using your own store's orders.
